Dumb things I do at Boarding School

I am only a sophomore at boarding school, but I like to think that I've done some pretty fun stuff. My friends and I have a goal to do something fun and crazy every weekend, and here are some of the things that we've ended up doing just to make life a little more interesting.
1) Climb onto roofs
At my school, almost everyone climbs on top of the pool roof, so obviously I had to try that, but I've also climbed onto many other buildings. I would highly recommend. Standing at the top of a building, seeing all your school from a bird's eye view, can be pretty rewarding. Here's a very bad photo of my school from the pool roof:

2) Climb into ceilings
Some of my friends and I go on adventures during the weekends. Once we went to this spot under the dining hall and climbed into the ceiling where we found a bottle of some sort of alcohol (don't worry, we didn't drink it). Anyway, just finding fun stuff like that makes the boring weekends more interesting.

3) Find all the hookup spots
Again, just another thing to make weekends more boring. You don't even have to hook up, it's just fun to find hidden places on campus.
4) Mattress Sliding
Get some extra mattresses, throw them on the stairs, put some pillows at the bottom, and slide.

4) Skip chapel
My school had chapel every Wednesday night and Sunday mornings. Wednesday night was easy to skip because I could just leave during dinner, but on Sundays, we had to check-in. I have fun finding unique ways to skip.
5) Go on adventures around town or in the woods
If you take the time on weekends to go around wherever your school is, you'll find some pretty cool things. My school is surrounded by cornfields and woods, so my friends and I love to go by abandoned mills or try to hike all the way around the lake. Once you get out in nature or doing something thrilling, the weekend becomes so much better.

6) Stop worrying about getting in trouble
trust me, life is more fun this way
